Inventory Control & Warehouse Supervisor

As Inventory Control and WH Operations Supervisor for Burrana you should be able to lead the efforts of your team in charge to provide with all necessary service requirements for the plant operations in regards of planning, organizing and controlling of the receiving, raw material warehouse, inventory control, and shipping.

• Supervise the Inventory Control team and Warehouse Operations
• Accountable to keep the inventory control system up to date always.
• Adopt or create robust Inventory control procedures that ensure support for Manufacturing area or any other internal customer.
• Adopt or create or support WH Operations procedures for critical areas such are: Receiving, Material Handling, Inventory Control, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Train, motivate and lead others within area of responsibility
• Facilitate conflict resolution and enforce company policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in an inventory control or Warehouse environment for a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP Systems (SAP Preferable)
• Proven analytical and mathematical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Warehouse and Inventory Controls in a Manufacturing environment at supervisory level.
• Experience with complex planning and forecasting
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Strong ability to multitask; able to set and manage priorities based on customer requirements
• Self-motivated work style; able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment; consult with team members and management as needed
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
• High proficiency with Excel
• Analytical and detailed-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Prefer experience in Contract Manufacturing
• Prefer experience in a machining job shop production environment
• Prefer an ability to manage a high-mix environment, with multi-level BOMs
• Prefer good statistical skills.
