• Work with cross-functional clients and colleagues across all relevant departments of the organization to successfully manage the Critical Infrastructure product line.
• Manage customer needs through understanding their business goals and technology requirements and providing astrophysics solution offerings, product roadmaps, and resource capabilities.
• Develop customer-specific solutions, feasibility verification, product proposal and project management throughout the development process.
• Create and provide product training materials.
• Examine competitive solutions and develop metrics that compare product capabilities
• Attend trade shows, regional and national events, events and meetings, distributor events, and other related activities as deemed necessary.
• Analyze trends and customer needs. Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define product line strategy, roadmap, and product concepts, including business case proposals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the functionality of competing products and effectively articulate our differentiating value proposition
• Support in the creation of product positioning, arguments of benefit for Critical Infrastructure.
• Trips to give company and product presentations to key customers and distributors
Experiencia y requisitos
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in product or project management
• Experience working as part of a large, multifunctional collaborative team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can expand internationally
• Ability to work as a team, take the initiative and offer a solid execution of responsibilities
• Must speak English fluently
• Charismatic and outgoing personality with the ability to give presentations, attract visitors and potential customers of trade shows, and professionally represent the Astrophysics brand.
• Capacity to travel nationally and internationally up to 25%.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
