Support New Plant Setup in Tijuana for Medical Device Company
We are offering a challenging and exciting position where you will be a valued member of the Global Operations PMO and responsible for managing all aspects of strategic and transformational projects for the Tijuana operation.

You are used to working independently, open to discussing ideas and solutions with your colleagues. You thrive in an international work environment and in cultivating your contacts with partners around the world.
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.

Experience
Specific Responsibilities:
*During project elaboration, work closely with senior and executive management to define the project scope.
*Support financial project analytics and budget management.
*Lead the transfer of manufacturing operations into the Tijuana Facility from other Facilities or suppliers globally
*Prepare detailed schedules with target dates for deliverables
*Prioritize and monitor activities to meet delivery dates
*Oversee all project activities, manage the project team, coordinate cross-functional and global collaboration
Desired Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree (or equivalent) and a 3-5 years related work experience.
*Strong background in operations (manufacturing, logistics, financial planning).
*Strong knowledge in Business Process Mapping (BPM) and Change Management.
*Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
*Must be able/willing to travel to the US, Europe and Asia
