Join the Co-Production International medical device manufacturing team, our brand-new facility will focus on the manufacturing of state-of-the-art radiation equipment used in oncology treatment.
-Uses judgment and criteria to solve problems related to its work area, performing high precision tasks (such as Failure Analysis), by means of Studies (Capacity, Correlation Analysis, DOE, etc.) and/or specialized Equipment (Oscilloscope, Coordinate Measurement Machines -CMM)
- Ensures the Application of the Non-Conforming Material Control System (Identification, Segregation and Disposal).
- Elaborates, Analyzes, submits Inspection and Test Reports. Notifies and Requests Corrective Actions to the corresponding Functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Production, etc.) on nonconformities and the causes that originated them and Verifies the Effectiveness of the Corrective Actions.
- May participate in Continuous Improvement Projects and/or Cross Functional Teams.
- Reviews the Quality Requirements for the Introduction and Transfers of New Products and/or Processes.
- Elaborates, Interprets and Implements Quality System Documentation. Develops, Modifies and Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for his/her area.
- May Coordinate the Inspection and Test Equipment Calibration Program (either through subordinates or external services).
- Supports the Quality Manager or Quality Systems Coordinator in communication with Certification Bodies. May attend and/or facilitate the performance of Regulatory Agencies Audits.
- Analyzes Customer Complaints/Returns Reports and coordinates with other Departments the application of Preventive and Corrective Actions.
- May train Inspectors, Quality Supervisors and/or Personnel from other areas, therefore requires advanced technical knowledge of the Final Product, Process, Equipment and Raw Material
Experiencia y requisitos
- Experience in a similar position for 2 to 3 years.
- Knowledge in CMM programming (indispensable)
- Experience with CMM equipment (indispensable) ZEISS brands (highly desirable) HEXAGON (desirable)
- GD&T blueprint reading (indispensable)
- Conversational English (highly desirable)
- SAP (desirable)
- Office package (indispensable)
- Micro VU (desirable)
- Optical Comparator (desirable)
